Licensed initially in Arizona in the 70's while attending ASU, Leonora has also been licensed in the state of Washington and a Broker in California now for 23 years and running. Leonora is currently the Principal, and Broker for Prince Properties, Inc. located in Kona, Hawai'i.

  • Managing franchise real estate offices such as ReMax, Prudential, and consulting for other smaller firm start-ups. Principal and owner of Intero Real Estate Services Hawai'i. Experience within the confines of franchises groups such as Coldwell Banker, Prudential, ReMax, Realty World, and smaller startups.
  • Consulting services for small developers.
  • Earned the prestigious CCIM Designation, which in the industry is known as the PHD in commercial real estate in 2005.

Senior Property Manager

Susan became involved in the travel and hospitality industry in 1979. She managed front office and reservation systems for a hotel in Steamboat Springs, Colorado before entering into personalized Property Management for elite cliental.

Upon moving to Kailua-Kona in 1985 Susan returned to the hotel industry where she focused again all aspects of the travel industry. She developed working relationships with Travel Agents, Special Events Groups, Front Desk Operations, Reservations, maintenance, housekeeping, grounds keepers etc. and clearly understood the intrinsic role that each plays to insure the best possible experience for her customer.

In 2001 Susan joined Property Network, LTD as a licensed Property Manager. Her day to day role in the firm included her in all workings of the business. Customer and client relationships, property improvements, reservations, promotions, marketing, housekeeping, maintenance, accounting and vendor relations.

Susans feeling is that trust is the foundation of all sound relationships. "My goal is to exceed what is expected of me and to anticipate the needs of both my client and customer before it is requested. I love a challenge, I aim to please and achieve pleasure in doing it ~ "

Full Charge Bookkeeper for Property Management division, Real Estate Division, and Construction Management division as well as managing any and all administrative areas necessary.

Sheri also brings 20 years of experience in the financial industry ranging from Accounting & Stock Brokerage Firms to the Banking Industry. "I fell in love with Hawai'i and 2 years ago joined the Prince Properties team. I decided to have some fun getting involved in the Property Management aspects of the job. Now I get to do what I love, in paradise."
